Attention 10u Parents

The 10u schedule is still incomplete and tentative due to the nature of 10u tournaments.  Tournaments may not get enough teams to hold a 10u division which will require us to find an alternative sometimes within weeks of the tournaments scheduled date.  We are going to make every effort to play the schedule posted but most likely will need to go out of town for several more tournaments.  We will notify you with additional information as it becomes available.  

The 10u tournaments listed on the Hotel Reservation Form are final and definite as these tournament have always fielded 10u age groups that we have attended in the past, so you should make your reservations for them now.

Subject:                        Hotel  Reservation  Request  Form

It is time to complete our hotel reservations for the season.  The demand for choice hotels is very high at several of our tournament locations.  When multiple teams are attending the same tournament we typically book 50 plus rooms.  Sometimes the hotel may not physically have that many rooms at that property and we must use an alternate hotel close by to accommodate our requirements for rooms.  I have reserved a blocks of rooms for each team and we are required to provide each hotel an exact room list. 

The schedule for the 2011 season is available on our web site.  Please decide which tournaments you would like to attend and fill out the enclosed hotel reservation request form. You should only reserve rooms for yourself or relatives who will attend the tournaments.  I have already reserved the rooms required for our players at all the tournaments with the exception of our 10u players who will room with their parents.

You will receive our team group rate and be in included in one of our parent room blocks at the hotels.

I can make some changes later but I will not be able to guarantee you a room at our  hotels or at the team rate at a later date.

We will post a hotel reservation confirmation information form on the web site as soon as I complete the room lists and submit them to the hotels.  It will include our group contact information and instructions and deadlines for guaranteeing your room reservations.    Please do not contact the hotels at this time.
