Hotel Contact List The hotels have been provided our Metro Parent Room List which contains reservation requests made by our parents. Please contact the hotel directly and confirm your reservation with the hotel contact person. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel or change your reservation.
If you did not submit a hotel reservation request to our office you will not be on ht Parent Room List. If you are not on the room list the hotel may still have rooms available.

We have reserved rooms at the following hotels for the 2008 season. You name will be on the parent room list at each hotel for the days and type of room you requested on.
You are required to contact each hotel to confirm and guarantee your room reservations with your credit card by May 23, 2008. The hotel will release any reservations not confirmed and guaranteed by that date. You may find it difficult to acquire rooms after that date, so please confirm your hotel reservations promptly.
Confirm your reservations with the contact person listed and indicate you are with the Metro Express Parent Group.
